¿Alguien sabe cómo traducir "lo correspondiente" aquí? lo único que se me ocurre es algo como "the relevant documents/ information". Muchas gracias por adelantado

agree  philgoddard: Yes, I think any construction with 'let' sounds like translationese. You don't have to repeat 'shall be' - you can just omit it the second time.

lo correspondiente: not necessarily a case, trial or court bundle if includes (unerased) WhatsApp and email messages, but narrowed down to material of interest to 'las autoridades civiles competentes..', such as Vital Records Office / Registries of Births, Marriages & Deaths.
