The question is a general one asking the person working in the Turkish branch of an international corporation to comment on their relationship and quality of interaction.

There is no Turkish word as "doğupol" at all (ref. TDK dictionary). It could be referring to an eastern something but I really have no idea that something could be. "Doğu politik" is simply "eastern political/politics" but I am still not very clear what that means exactly. In my opinion, the sentence seems to be poorly constructed if not grammatically incorrect. At the very least, it is far from being specific. I think it can be useful if you can also give the survey question(s) that these sentences are trying to answer.
