request for tender Explanation: Anbud = tender, but to make sure the bidders provide what the tendering company wants, they produce a set of documents setting out their requirements (often with mandatory and optional requirements). I always call these "request for tender" (RFT) but there are various other terms too. The point is that it's not the tender, it's the preliminary stage setting out the details of the procurement. |
