emplazamiento vs. citación (llamamiento a juicio) Aufforderung mit Ladungsfrist ggü. Vorladung zum Verhandlungstermin (bzw. Streitverkündung) Explanation: > emplazamaiento (del demandando /de la empresa demandada o de testigos) 'sets a plazo - a time period/ deadline within which to answer the complaint, whereas a citación (subpoena vs. 'cita a juicio') sets a date for an appearance (cita), West, Mex SPA /AmE Law & Business Dictionary. Anm. Weder West noch emplazamiento ->:Ladung zum Termin / Citación -> Ladung zur Einlassung (eng. 'notice to join cause and argue the case') stimmt ganz m.E. (*)' Example sentence(s):
