Hat wohl etwas mit der Anrechnung des Eigenanteils bzw. Selbstbehalts / Selbstbeteiligung (la franquicia) zu tun vgl.- auf eng. loss damage waiver. Übrigens heißt 'no exigible' das Gegenteil. Erfahrungsgemäß kann ein Wunder in Spanien passieren und zum Abschluß des Mietverhältnisses dem Mieter bzw. der Mieterin des Autos bzw. der Wohnung die Mietkaution zurückgegeben werden.
