Tengo que 'entender' el significado de 'entender' en las siguientes dos frases de un convenio colectivo:

- ENTENDER, de forma previa y obligatoria a la vía administrativa y jurisdiccional, en relación con los conflictos colectivos que puedan ser interpuestos, por quienes están legitimados para ello con respecto a la aplicación e interpretación de los preceptos derivados del presente convenio colectivo.

- ENTENDER de la inaplicación prevista en el apartado 3 del artículo 82 del ET, cuando concurran las circunstancias legales allí contenidas en el plazo previsto en el mismo.

Het gaat hier om de taken van de Interpretatiecommissie.

Explanation:
In het Juridisch woordenboek NL-SP M.C. Oosterveld-Egas Repáraz et al. wordt 'entender (de)' o.a. gegeven als vertaling van:
- 'behandelen': (oordelen over) der. proc.
- 'oordelen over': (behandelen) der. proc.

Ik denk dat 'OORDELEN OVER' een geschikte vertaling is van 'ENTENDER (DE)' in de tweede zin, omdat dat werkwoord beter te combineren is met 'la inaplicación' ('oordelen over het buiten toepassing laten van ...'.

'Zich uitspreken over' ben ik ook tegengekomen als vertaling van 'entender de' (Eur-Lex, zie onderstaande link) en komt min of meer op hetzelfde neer als 'oordelen over'.
