I don't understand the whole sentence and what it is trying to say (or maybe I'm just too tired): Эффективность исследуемых препаратов считалась положительной при достижении статистической достоверности с препаратом сравнения к концу лечения (30-й день) относительно исходного уровня.

For context, this is a study comparing the efficacy of 5 different SSRIs in the treatment of depressive symptoms in people suffering from alcohol dependence and undergoing inpatient treatment. The study particularly focused on fluvoxamine.
