Regular носов в английском языке не существует, или существуют закавыченно у хирургов-косметологов.

Раз есть Интернет, много ссылок давать не буду, но у нас не просто нос, а "принадлежность его нации". Поручик Вулич - серб. Даже в Википедии при описании внешности сербов указывается, что они - обладатели прямых носов.

Правильный здесь - не деформированный и пропорциональный. Well-shaped - понятие субъективное. Здесь явная отсылка к вечному эталону красоты, прямому греческому носу.
