A cláusula contratual contempla a regularização de um saldo positivo junto à importadora a favor da adquirente (de mercadorias?) em duas circunstâncias. Na primeira a importadora está na posse de títulos de crédito (efeitos comerciais) ainda não apresentados a pagamento que lhe foram entregues pela adquirente. Caso em que a importadora tem a obrigação de regularizar o saldo positivo pela devolução à adquirente de títulos de crédito de valor igual ao saldo.
