Minha sugestão é a de deixar o nome em português e adicionar uma breve explicação sobre os ingredientes do prato. Pratos típicos normalmente são deixados no original.
Inclusive, em trabalhos que já fiz anteriormente, o cliente pediu para deixar os nomes de pratos típicos no original.
