Ik heb even aan een bevriende rechtenstudent gevraagd wat het nou precies inhoudt, zelf ben ik helemaal niet thuis op dit gebied. Hij geeft de volgende omschrijving:

"Per iniziare un procedimento civile, bisogna costituirsi, cioe', chi presenta la causa (attore) deve chiamare il convenuto (cioe' l'avversario). Nell'atto di costituizione, l'attore spiega al giudice le sue ragioni e le sue richieste e poi notifica tale atto all'avversario, il quale si deve costituire davanti al giudice, tramite le costituzione di risposta, nella quale indicherà le sue difese rispetto alle richieste dell'attore."

Dit brengt mij, na onderstaande site bekeken te hebben, op dagvaarding en verweer... ik hoop dat je zo wat verder komt :)

Precies de informatie die ik nodig had; ook de URL is zeer bruikbaar. Alleen een typefoutje in het 'officiële antwoord'. Uiteraard moet het 'dagvaarding' zijn en niet 'dagvaardiging', maar in de uitleg stond wel het juist gespelde woord.
