Hebrew term or phrase: גביה בהוראת קבע
This phrase appears on the pharmacy cash register receipts. Like הנחה קפת חולים, these amounts appear with the minus sign and it looks like they are not included in the due amount. I understand all these words, but can't understand if this is an amount covered by some insurance or paid by the customer. Who is directly debited?

Thank you in advance.

English translation:Payment via direct debit
Explanation:
The payment is made by the customer via a direct debit order. Since the Kupat Holim (HMO) has his bank details, collection of payment (essentially whst גביה is) happens directly without the customer needing to pay in cash or with a crddit card.

It may be that Joe Bloggs goes to pay for medicine X at the pharmacy. He has some cash on him, but wants to split the payment - some will be paid directly via direct debit and the rest paid for in cash or on a card. (I've done this myself, btw)

Notes to answerer
Asker: It sounds correct, but in some receipts certain amount is charged as גבית קבע, whereas the rest of the balance is paid by the credit card or cash. How can it be?
