Preciso de ajuda, pf!

Estou a traduzir um relatório médico da Suíça e na secção da data do relatório aparece a seguinte frase:

"Erster Bericht für EU IV"

Eu estou com algumas dificuldades em perceber o que é "EU IV".

Creio que "IV" seja "Seguro de invalidez", mas e "EU"? É "União Europeia"?

Se sim, significa: Seguro de invalidez da União Europeia.

É isto?
