This should actually read "Neuro Kopf" and is short for "neurologische Untersuchung Kopf" or "neurologischer Befund Kopf".

An educated guess: I'd say that the typist heard "Neuro Kopf" and wrote Neurokopf, but the physician actually meant "Neurologie des Kopfes". Neuro/Kopf in short. It's not the PhDs typing these letters, you know...

@Asker: When I'm presented with challenges like this, I go step by step:
1. Exclude that this is indeed a report from Neurokopf Center (Brent's suggestion). I say exclude since it is less likely.
2. Once you've excluded it (that should not be hard as you probably have some letterhead or other mention of this institution), you can either be:
a) brave and go with my suggestion, or
b) cautious and go with a generic "way-out" solution, such as "Neurology/head" or even just "Neurology" (as liz suggested, but here neurology is referring to the neurology examination rather than the centre). But in case it IS the center itself, you're "safe" as well. Vague but safe. :=))

Please could the asker provide more context to "Neurokopf" in this spelling, that is as one word.
"Neuro-Kopf-Zentrum" (which is provided as an answer in German - see below) is a Centre of the Technische Universität München which opened in 2007 and houses the Neurological Clinic and Outpatients, the Neurosurgical Clinic and Outpatients and the Dept. of Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiology. It seems to be the only specialist centre by this precise name in Germany. However in Heidelberg there is a Neurozentrum der Kopfklinik and in Hamburg ein Kopf- und Neurozentrum.
