This patient has chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.
I have the following:
"perte de force (IO CAB releveurs des pieds avec nette amyotrophie)"
and
"EC: IO 2+/5, CAB 3/5, dynamo 33-28 Kg pince 2.5 et 1.5. TA 4/5"
I don't think TA in this context is about blood pressure...
EC = élément contractile = contractile elements
dynamo = dynamometer
pince = pinch test
IO = interosseous muscles
This is for the US market
