"Use Salary Equalization to:

Adjust salaried employees' pay amounts in Time Track Entry so that the total pay amount matches the employees' salary entered in Employee Maintenance for the specified pay period regardless of the hours worked.

Adjust hourly employees' pay amounts in Time Track Entry so that they match the employees' expected earnings based on their auto-pay hours and pay rate entered in Employee Maintenance.
To adjust an employee's pay amount, the employee must have at least one record in Time Track Entry that has a status of Not Transferred and with hours worked greater than zero. Records that have already been transferred to Payroll Data Entry or Job Cost cannot be adjusted.

You can then click Yes to apply the adjustments or click No to cancel the process without adjusting any records.
