neutral  Michela Ghislieri: Perché al plurale? Potrebbe trattarsi di una sola arteriola afferente. Da cosa si evince che siano due in questo contesto?

  -> Perché la vasocostrizione è un effetto generalizzato, mai limitato a un solo vaso. Questi poi sono in pratica dei capillari, vasi quasi microscopici che si immettono ciascuno in un glomerulo renale, e ovviamente il riferimento è generale, non a uno o due.
