English term or phrase: tagboard
General blasting procedures will consist of the following steps:
Preparing the primer with a designed delay;
Loading the holes;
Connecting the detonators to the initiating cord;
Barricading the face/stope;
Immediately before firing, the initiating detonator will be connected to the cord and then connected to the firing line;
The tag board is checked, and all clear is received.
No firing will occur if any tags are on the board;
The shot is then initiated;
Fans turned on;
The incoming shift will water down the broken rock and check for misfires.

French translation:tableau de pointage
Explanation:
Along the lines of the time clock of olde for industrial workers, where you pointait (inserted a card bearing your name which was stamped with the time you arrived at and left the factory) and the following French naval device and oil-industry practice, if nothing better comes along I'd use 'tableau de pointage' :

Renard - Tableau de pointage de présence des officiers. En cuivre massif, il comporte en principe la fonction, le nom et la photographie de chaque officier. Un coulisseau indique pour chacun d’entre eux la position «à bord» ou «à terre». Le renard est tenu à jour par le gradé de coupé

The Critical Importance of a Check-in System
“The Tag-in/Tag-out Board”
THE HAZARD
WSN would like to stress the importance of following company
procedures in relation to the use of the Tag-in/Tag-out boards.
The implications of not knowing how many people are
underground, or who they are, is vast. Each tag represents a
human life. In day-to-day operations, the **tag board** ensures a
central blast can take place without exposing workers to highrisk hazards that include oxygen deficiency, gases and blast
concussions. In the event of an emergency situation, it provides a
method to ensure all workers are accounted for, and may trigger
the deployment of mine rescue teams for missing workers
