police sergeant politiassistent Explanation: I looked up the definition online for police sergeant, and it looks like it used to be referred to as overbetjent. However, according to Den Danske Ordbog online, the term overbetjent is no longer used in the Danish police force. Looking up ranks in the Danish police, I would assume that politiassistent is the term to be used here. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2017-12-19 15:17:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politirang_i_Danmark Reference: http://www.insidejobs.com/careers/police-sergeant Reference: http://ordnet.dk/ddo/ordbog?query=overbetjent |
