pretore Explanation: direi che è più corretto pretore o, riferendosi all'organo, Pretura.Sse è vero che la figura del pretore in Italia è stata abolita, non è così in altri ordinamenti, come ad esempio in Germania, dove esistono l'Amtgericht e il Landgericht, i quali a seconda della natura della controversia, possono entrambi giudicare in primo grado. Tradurre con giudice di primo grado mi parrebbe quindi riduttivo. Il mio Langenscheidt NL-DE, inoltre, traduce Kantoongerecht con Amtsgericht (che normalmente viene tradotto con pretura).
