Dutch term or phrase: De (on)zelfstandige woonruimte
I am translating a short amendment to a lease/tenancy agreement which refers to the property in question as 'de (on)zelfstandige woonruimte'.

I know that this refers to a property which either does or doesn't have its own entrance. This does not refer to the type of property, as it could be a detached house, or a room in a building with shared entry, an apartment etc.

What would be a good, concise term to use? Below is the entire sentence for reference.

IN AANMERKING NEMENDE DAT:
- Partijen een huurovereenkomst hebben gesloten met contract ID xxx ter zake van de (on)zelfstandige woonruimte aan de xxx, xxx hierna te noemen: de ‘Huurovereenkomst’ en het ‘Gehuurde’;
