Dutch term or phrase: "procedure" in court document
I am working on a translation of a beschikking, and the titles in it are as follows:
- naam rechtbank
- titel: Beschikking van de kantonrechter..
- procedure
- beoordeling
- beslissing

I'm stuck on the title 'procedure' here. Could I simply translate this as "proceedings"?
It contains a list of items the judge took into account (statements, the petition, etc.), when they were received and when the hearing took place.
