Para esse caso, típico de projeto brownfield, Facilities ou Manutenção não estão partindo do zero. Já existe um “jeito” de fazer e uma estrutura que roda o dia a dia. É uma casa arrumada. Pode até ser ruim a arrumação, mas é uma realidade. Há então a necessidade de revisar conceitos, ferramentas, processos, controles, metas, objetivos, indicadores. Muitas vezes há que se eliminar o que estava em uso e aí há resistências a vencer e até pessoas a substituir.
