Robert.cat Tool - Anyone tried it?

I just came across a tool called Robert.cat while researching Phrase. Looks kind of cool to me. Preview switching between Source and Target!
Has anyone tried it out?

(Sorry, this is not Technical. I couldn't find a forum for other CAT tools.)

This seems to be a tool designed for translation agencies, not for single freelancers.
