Простите, я привел кучу ссылок касательно remoteness, но так и не предложил перевода... тогда просто не было уже времени хорошенько подумать, а сесть в лужу второй раз не хотелось. А потом, вернувшись домой, я не вспомнил об этом неоконченном ответе.
Так вот, касательно самого термина remoteness у меня никаких идей так и не появилось. То есть перевел бы я это как \"отдаленность передачи права собственности\", но нигде такого или похожего термина не нашел.
Поэтому могу только предложить, как говорится, \"финт ушами\" - поскольку в предыдущих ссылках неоднократно утверждалось, что \"rule against perpetuities\" и \"rule against remoteness of vesting\" - это одно и то же правило, предлагаю вместо перевода последнего дать перевод первого...

Я думаю, что в данном случае речь идёт о субъект(ах)е, не имеющ(их)ем непосредственного отношения к лицам, которые переводят на его счёт средства, или имеющего очень отдалённую связь с ними.
В цитате ниже приводится ещё одно употребление слова "remoteness,"
уже в смысле маловероятности доказательства...и т.д.
Насчёт срока давности не согласна - для этого есть термин statute of limitations (methinks).
