Amra, ja sam radio 20 g u sp. trgovini. Kod rada sa engleskim nazivima, uvek smo koristili "Free", bilo u prevodjenju sa naseg "Fco=Franco" bilo u prevodjenju engleskog "Free delivered" na Fco na naski. Prema tome, puni izraz je "Free delivered" Buyer's warehouse, frontier, etc. Paritet isporuke se doista kaze: delivery terms i tako se uvek govorilo. Uvek treba koristiti termin zajedno, tj. kad naidjete na "delivery terms" to je "paritet isporuke" a ne samo "paritet.

: Fco bi trebalo prevoditi kao "Free buyer, Free destination", to nije isto kao CIP, jer kod CIP-a kupac ima pravo traziti dokaze o pokrivenosti osiguranjem i sl. a kod "Fco-Free" ga ne zanima nista osim da primi robu "Free" u svoje skladiste

Full Corporate Offer / Buyer
1. The seller issues full corporate offer (F.C.O) to the buyer.
2. The buyer counter signs the F.C.O.

Purchase Procedures for all commodities:
1) Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
2) Seller issues the FCO.
3) Buyer accepts and agrees the terms and conditions of the FCO by counter signature & companies seal and returning it to the seller.
4) Seller issues draft contract with full banking. Draft Contract shall be signed by
both parties and sent via fax that will be deemed as original and valid.
5) Hard copies of the Contract to be issued by the Seller, signed and exchanged
with the Buyer.
6) Seller and Buyer will lodge the hard copies of the Contract with their
respective banks.
7) The Buyer bank provides Proof of Funds to the sellers bank. The Proof Funds is the operative or non-operative LC
8) Seller will provide the Proof of Product Bank to Bank. The prime banks only supply the POP after the LC has been established. Some US banks have already implemented it while others are considering it. Please do note that some banks do not offer POP service and it is a lawyer who will do it.
9) Buyer will present pre-advised L/C to be approved by Seller's Bank.
10) Seller will issue 2% Performance Bond to activate the Letter of Credit.
11) Delivery and shipment commence as per Contract
