the Consultant shall undertake the following tasks split into four main components:
• COMPONENT 1: STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND COOPERATION ARRANGEMENTS
This should include the following activities:
• Undertake a brief policy and regulatory diagnostic assessment of labour-related legislations and institutional mechanisms to identify the legal, regulatory, and policy-related obstacles to the development of Occupational Standards (OSs) that represent employers’ needs and to equal access to employment for women and men, including with regard to health and safety provisions. Consider how this compares to international best practices and how any new activities developed under the assignment can fill gaps or complement existing programmes. Identify potential area(s) for reforms on OSs and Labor Code revision and develop two detailed roadmaps to achieve them.
