I feel really sorry for you if your text is filled with this kind of dreadful abbreviations...

Anyway - I am pretty sure that "bet dgr" stands for "betalda dagar" (i.e. paid days). "ord", on the other hand, I'm less sure about. If I were to guess, I'd say "ordning" (i.e. order) but I'm not sure if that makes any sense.
