Este es el párrafo:

Previo a la celebración del matrimonio, vivieron en concubinato por 8 años; **y en prueba de ello así lo ratifican** dos testigos que conocen la situación, XXX... DNI XXX domiciliado en.... y (el otro testigo)

"En prueba de conformidad" se traduce como "in witness whereof". Pero no sé si aquí puedo usar esta misma frase. Además, tengo una duda con el verbo ratificar, sería "ratify", "confirm", "verify" o algún otro.

Les agradezco su ayuda.

No need of the translation Oh, no. I didn't intend to get the translation of the final part also. It was just for context. It's good to give the whole paragraph because sometimes it's necessary to change the order and we need the complete thing to do that. Thank you for your suggestion!
