"This letter is in regards to your recent visit to xxx on xxx. As requested, enclosed is the estimate of charges for an Allo-Unrelated Transplant. The fees associated with this care includes an estimate of **donor charges**, hospital services, professional services and the management of related issues surrounding transplant. Additional payments will be due if ensuing charges exceed this amount. xxx will refund you the difference if any cost is less than this estimate."
