Can't Nov 1, 2020

Allow yourself ONE CHOCOLATE ITEM per week.

I just can't; I don't have your strong will. The only day I voluntarily go without sweet things(aka chocolate items) is on Good Friday but I get a terrible headache and I only solve it by going to bed super early but I doubt if I can repeat it and go without the next day too. My body seems to crave it and I've never been able to control it though I do limit my intake.

The Oracle tells me that dark chocolate (over 80%) in moderation is good for you.

It’s the sugar and additives in the cheap stuff that aren’t.

You'll probably have to sample them all for inspiration, but it's all for the sake of Art.

If I sampled them, they’d be gone in a couple of days. Thanks for the link though, that’s one brand I haven’t tried yet.

Diet and quality of work enhancement Nov 1, 2020

I used to snack a lot, but since I've gone keto, I do not crave at all.
I just sit at my desk and do my translation with focus.

Interesting challenge for the subtitler.

But then the subtext is pretty clear.

working through my cell phone Jan 7, 2021

I eat or drink something but away from the computer. I continue working through my cell phone, looking up words and so on.
