Error - 'no text for import in source document' ?

Hello

I just downloaded a demo of cafetran espresso. I uploaded an Arabic source document but it tells me there is no text for import in the source document? There is definitely text in there and I have tried to upload a few documents in the Arabic language but no luck. What can be the problem?

Hi Fayrouz,

First of all, please make sure the source document type you wish to translate is supported by CafeTran such as Ms Word .docx document, for example. You can also submit a support ticket with your sample document attached at CafeTran support site: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com

It was a very basic error on my part. I had a word .doc file and I needed to have it in .docx format. I was doing this by renaming it but actually I needed to go into word and 'save as' the .docx format. I hope that makes sense.
