Dear Sir/madam i am very interested to join to the web of translation from arabic to english or english to arabic languages. i hope this is not a easity job, but for me i find it's very interesting job. and i am interesting to deal with you . thank you very much for your understanding.

Also I recommend some videos by Oleg Rudavin for those getting established in the translation business In the video area you will also find a set of presentations on marketing, branding and client hunting that you should also find very interesting. I also suggest you pay a visit to the site forums: http://www.proz.com/forum/ Two that strike me as the most useful for you at the moment are the Getting established forum http://www.proz.com/forum/15 and the Arabic forum http://www.proz.com/forum/45

There are lots of tools and opportunities for translators in ProZ.com. Take your time to visit the different areas of site and do not hesitate to ask colleagues or staff for help.

I would like to start as a translator Sep 9, 2011

Dear Madam,

I am Italian and I have been living in Mexico since two years. I have a master degree in finance and accounting and languages have always been my passion. Now I would like to make of my passion a job and start as translator from Spanish to Italian and from English to Italian. I don't have a certification as translator so I would like to know how to start and if getting a certification is a must to succeed in this sector.
