I don’t provide interpreting services.

P.S. What is this new obsession with interpretation?

I would add the obsession with the adverb 'primarly' (primarily)

Interpretation has always been a part of this site so we are not second-class citizens. We used to be a minority, that's true. My guess would be that, maybe, for many translation is no longer a current or projected source of sustainable income and can be considered ice cream money only, but those who are not ready to give up hopes for working with languages are trying to test other grounds before changing the trade... Which, in turn, implies even more interpretation topics to be expected.

The only wish I have is to see polls about interpretation worded by someone who has at least some practical knowledge and understanding of its nuts and bolts. Otherwise questions are senseless and meaningless. Questions from newbies are welcome, of course, but should be coming in a form of forum posts, methink. There they can count on most professional and generous support as it has been proven numerous times.

Can you imagine someone with zero knowledge of the subject polling professionals in any field? Only on Proz Food for thought for moderators???
