A Journey through Translation: My Career Path

Since 2004, I have dedicated myself to the world of freelance translation, specializing in a diverse array of subjects including IT, business, medical, marketing, legal, management, tourism, and general topics. My work has been recognized and published by leading IT magazine publishers in Turkmenistan, marking significant milestones in my career.

My journey into IT began with self-learning and hands-on experience in computer programming, focusing on languages such as C and Pascal during the era of Borland Turbo C and Turbo Pascal compilers. Initially, my goal was to develop and market Accounting Systems software. However, I soon realized the enormity of the project, especially as a beginner in programming. This realization led me to redirect my expertise towards a role that felt more fitting, ultimately leading me to become an engineering, software, technical translator.

Today, with 18 years of experience in the IT industry and having held various roles such as Technical Writer, Technical Translator, Columnist, IT Products Reviewer, Webmaster, PHP Developer, Web Developer, MySQL Administrator, Website Founder, Project Programmer, Microsoft Certified Sales Specialist, and Marketing Executive, I have amassed a wealth of experience and expertise.

My passion for reading, language, and philology remains unwavering. I have successfully translated eighteen books and authored one, all of which have been printed and archived in The National Library, serving as valuable references for our nation. Additionally, my contributions extend to over a thousand IT articles, both as a writer and a translator, published by the local magazines.

These accomplishments, along with the quality and standard of my work, stand as a testament to my dedication and proficiency in the fields of technology, engineering, software and translation. As I continue on this path, I am driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to contributing meaningfully to the aforementioned domains.
