Source text - English The Lender may ask for amendments to the Assumptions and in such case the Lender shall deliver such request to the Borrower within 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery by the Borrower of the notice under Clause 8.3.1 above. The Lender and the Borrower may consult each other and the Borrower will implement any agreed amendments with the assistance of the Lender. If no agreement has been reached within 10 (ten) Business Days from the request of amendments by the Lender, Clause 8.4 (Disputes) shall apply.
Translation - Italian La Parte Finanziatrice potrà chiedere di apportare emendamenti ai Presupposti e, in tal caso, dovrà far pervenire tale richiesta alla Parte Finanziata entro 30 (trenta) giorni solari dalla consegna da parte della Parte Finanziata della notifica come stabilito dall’Articolo 8.3.1 di cui sopra. La Parte Finanziatrice e la Parte Finanziata potranno consultarsi tra di loro e la Parte Finanziata dovrà attuare tutti gli emendamenti concordati con l’aiuto della Parte Finanziatrice. Source text - English Gears and Shift Modes
The shift lever has three gears (P, R and N) and two modes (D and S, representing the dynamic and static modes respectively).
ʌ P (Park gear)
At this position, the transmission is locked mechanically. Shift to this gear at the time of turning off or turning on
the engine. To release from this gear, you must move your foot back from the accelerator pedal while stepping
the brake pedal. Meanwhile, press the release button on one side of the shift lever.
If you still cannot release from the park gear after completing all of those operations, (Refer to P 165 “Gear Lock
Release”).
To avoid transmission damage, you must shift to the park gear after parking your vehicle completely. To shift to the park gear, you must press the release button. Only if the shift lever is at the park gear can you pull the key
out of the ignition switch.

La leva del cambio presenta tre marce (P, R e N) e due modalità (D e S, che rappresentano rispettivamente la modalità dinamica e quella statica).
ʌ P (Marcia di stazionamento)
In questa marcia, il cambio è bloccato meccanicamente. Selezionare questa marcia quando si accende o spegne il motore. Per rilasciare questa marcia, spostare il piede dal pedale dell’acceleratore e spingere il pedale del freno. Premere contemporaneamente il pulsante di rilascio presente su un lato della leva del cambio.
Se dopo aver effettuato tutte le operazioni appena descritte non si riesce a rilasciare la marcia di stazionamento, si veda p 165 “Rilascio del bloccaggio delle marce”).
Per evitare che il cambio si danneggi, selezionare la marcia di stazionamento dopo aver parcheggiato. Per spostare il cambio nella marcia di stazionamento, premere il pulsante di rilascio. È possibile rimuovere la chiave dal dispositivo di accensione solo se la leva del cambio è in posizione di stazionamento.
