I am with Jason I really do not see the connection between somebody having renal issues, who has been stabilized, who is awaiting an artiogram and thoracic surgery

Hi, thanks for your comments. The report is from one of the Canary Islands (Spain) and the diagnosis is:
GASTROENTERITIS AGUDA, DESHIDRATACIÓN MODERADA, IRA AGUDA PRERRENAL, HIPONATREMIA, HIPOPOTASEMIA, TROMBOSIS ARTERIAL DE MII.

Yeah, but they're awaiting a lower extremity arteriogram. If it were a venous study it would make sense (to harvest a graft), but an artiorgram makes me think this isn't thoracic surgery. Do we have the final diagnosis later in the chart?

What country is this from? I was leaning towards Liz, but I can't think of a scenario where they would need an arteriogram of the lower extremities before thoracic surgery.
