I am translating an interview. When asked about the relationship between two things, the answer given is "la relación es total" and that one can't exist without the other.
¿Qué relación hay entre cuidar el camino interior de cada uno y cuidar el planeta?
La relación es total. No podemos estar sanos en un mundo enfermo.
How can this be translated best? I have considered options like interdependent, symbiotic, but they feel too far from source. I can't seem to find the expression I'm looking for in English.

I think this expresses it best - I don't think there's an expression that includes the word "relationship"
