Anche "Cioè" va bene.
Io metterei "Il ciò vuol dire" perché "Si vuol dire" mi suona un po' troppo vernacolare.

mi sembra la forma più semplice, in ogni caso in italiano l'articolo "Il" prima di "ciò" mi suona male
