Oxford English Dictionary definition of rustle
1. transitive & intransitive verb) make or cause to make a gentle sound as of dry leaves blown in a breeze.
2. (intransitive verb) move with a rustling sound.
(3 is to do with cattle rustling)
4. (noun) a rustling sound or movement.
Or invert it: The pupils' breath rustled the petals on her hat.

: dear Jack, does "rustling" kind of movement imply any sort of noise being made? Thank you. Sorry, but with my suspicions confirmed, I have to disagree. Шевелиться and шелестеть are two very different things - no noise is implied here.

Thank you. I am more used to the traditional UK use of "student" to mean an undergraduate at university, though it is now more commonly used for school pupils of lower ages.
