знаете, в 90-е у нас появилась куча таких шуточных удостоверений: "начальник всего", "удостоверение анархиста" и пр., целая серия таких шуточных документов, которые можно было купить сперва на арбате, а потом и вовсе в любом киоске.
вот как бы перевести название корочки "ударник алкогольного труда" из этой серии, чтобы сохранить и бюрократичность, и шуточность звучания? поделитесь идеями, пожалуйста. спасибо.

I would suggest that ударник in this context is something more along the lines of "innovator"
Any "innovator" of alcoholic work is certainly amusing, but to retain the bureaucratic nature I would suggest a compound noun, which in my American opinion sounds more bureaucratic than an "of" construction. It also despite these bureaucratic connations, a little easier to read and better as a name.

"Rate buster" в американской профзоюзной терминологии означает то же, что «стахановец» или «ударник» в русской, только с негативным оттенком. Во времена Великой депрессии 30-х гг. в Штатах, рейтбастеров , из-за которых другим рабочим увеличивали нормы выработки , обычно у проходной завода поджидали профсоюзные активисты и делали им предупреждение, иногда с изпользованием грубой физической силы. :)
