I am not finding a translation of this term, and thought this was a good opportunity for us'ns to get a crack at making a good translation. The context is a report about film and video retail in the RF, and comes with the following explanation:
Единая федеральная автоматизированная информационная система сведений о показах фильмов в кинозалах (ЕАИС – «Электронный кинобилет»).
This Electronic Ticket program is run by the GIVC (another acronym without an official or good translation), a division of the Ministry of Culture.
