: "end-to-end" = "wall-to-wall" ;) / (1) I was faster and (2) your option falls short of any inventive step or novelty compared to mine ;) / "Inventive step" is NOT the same as "invention" (see patent law terminology = this is about COMPARING)

1) You were faster in what? I don't think these are the same expressions.
2) Why would a translator INVENT something, if there are acknowledged options?

: Certification may well be “thorough,” but not necessarily “сквозная,” i.e. covering ALL stages…

“through-and-through” / “wall-to-wall” / “ongoing” / “continuing” OR rephrase (see expl.)
If we really MUST stick to the Russian grammar verbatim, then “ongoing” / “continuing” used as adjectives OR “through-and-through” / “wall-to-wall” used as adjectives or adverbs can do the job.
However, it is always a good idea to replace nouns in RU with verb/verbal phrases in EN, especially when we have difficulties finding the right word in EN. The key here is that said certification “охватывает ВСЕ ЭТАПЫ” разработки, производства и продажи нашего продукта. Hence the following options:
--> Only by certifying our product *** throughout *** the process … can we guarantee its (high) quality …
--> Only by running certification *** through all the stages / each and every stage *** of the production process ranging from … to … can we guarantee …
--> Only by certifying our product *** on an ongoing basis *** as we go through our production process … can we guarantee its (high) quality …

Note from asker:
The term is used in headlines...so I guess I have to stick to Russian grammar form at least there. But apart from that thank you for the suggestions! |
to Ms. Yana Soboleva: I'm sorry, but I have the text in front of me and I DO belive that in this case the grammar form should be kept as it is. Please don't be so hostile in discussions, nobody here doubts any comment was made by a professional, so we are not arguing, we are trying to find the best suitable equivalent by giving examples and explanations. |

: Wall-to-wall means "от стены до стены/покрывающий весь пол", not even close to "сквозной" and too literal.
P.S. Use dictionary (and compare) and google. And follow the links I gave. This is ridiculous already.

если это так (а это НЕ так, ибо это выражение часто исп. в перен. смысле), то Ваше «от конца до конца» – намного веселее ;) / No need to follow RU grammar verbatim: REPHRASING (see my OTHER options) works magic!

: Certifying products throughout the process" was my version too! I was about to publish it when I saw that the phrase had already been mentioned by you in D-n. Thanks! What I suggest for you is: why not putting it as a seperate answer?2 ans-s are OK on PrZ

I used it in my answer, too. ;) Thank you, Natalia, for your noble and sportsmanlike conduct!

Discussion
Марина, поздно увидела Ваш комментарий, т.к. он был добавлен в другой ответ. "I have the text in front of me and <...> grammar form should be kept as it is" — поясните, пожалуйста, этот комментарий. Всё-таки в английском грамматические конструкции и синтаксис отличаются от русских (уверена, Вы и без меня это знаете), было бы неверным в этом смысле слепо следовать оригиналу :) Хотя предложенные варианты все являются определениями и не противоречат форме оригинала.
Насчет выбора грамматических форм для перевода headlines (заголовков?): в АЯ, в отличие от РЯ, в headlines весьма активно используются глагольные формы. Поэтому можно так написать: “Certifying (our) products throughout the production process” OR “Certifying (our) products through and through.” In fact, “end-to-end” can also work as a backup option.
