Get away from the "Mexican"/"Spanish" idea! I've looked at your clip, and what the "foreigners" talk among themselves is not intelligible, it's definitely not some sort of Spanish, but some pseudo-foreign blabber probably supposed to be Spanish-sounding (and the subtitles in the clip really don't provide much help!!), so just make up something in English that sounds wrong but conveys whatever is possible to grab in the way of information.
Just don't feel constrained by the "Mexican/Spanish", but let it flow!
And that applies to all of your related questions, not just this one!
