First-instinct version was "Advanced Art Study Studio," but... not quite; "study studio" consecutively wouldn't work. Still, since you'll likely need to write "at the" or "under the" or "attached to the," to express the relationship with the Union of Artists, it might be nice to avoid a version containing a preposition, so alternatives could be:
Advanced Art Education Studio
Advanced Art Training Studio

neutral Rachel Douglas : "Further" doesn't sound normal in the title of an institution. I find only a few examples, which are in translations from German or Slavic languages, and in which "advanced", "postgraduate", or "continuing" wd be more natural. Plus one from South Africa.

neutral Rachel Douglas : "advanced studies of artists" would mean very sophisticated paintings done of artists (presumably by other artists). / Yes "Education of Artists" could work. But using both "for" and "of" phrases makes it very long. I put my version as an answer.
