(I think I'd leave off "section." You could also just say "wing" instead of "wing panel" for "консоль крыла." Also, "стенка крыла" and "стенка лонжерона" would be "wing shear [spar] web" and "spar web" respectively, while "герметическая стенка" would be "pressure wall" The стенка in the first two instances would be used for stiffening inside the bulkhead, wing, etc.)
