constant improvement

Kaizen is a Japanese word for constant improvement. Kaizen is different from re-engineering by the amount of change done at one time. Kaizen is management prioritizing, standardizing, and improving. It involves all levels in a company making changes creating increases to quality and production. Kaizen is a popular new technique to improve production and quality for a company and it's customers. It uses this technique by using decentralization in part to give control to even the lowest level so that improvements can be accomplished during production. There are several companies that will set up plans to aide any company in the process of using Kaizen to increase the productiveness of their business. Kaizen uses the principles of JIT in flow production and pull systems. It also helps in the limiting of waste in production for a company.

P.S. Good luck :)))
