Made from recycled resources

the first two characters "bunkai," mean "take apart" or "break down."
the last four characters make up a compuond phrase "sai-shigen-ka," where s"shigen" is the root, meaning "resource," "sai" means "again" (hence "recycle" and the last character "-ka" is used as a suffix that approximately corresponds to the enlish "-ize" or "to make into..." To be overly literal, it would come out as "broken down, made into recycled (good)"
