together now, let's dance it up and make some noise

It's japanese. Said by a dj to a group of people (or so I thought when I heard it.)

Kore kara - literally, 'from now'
minna de - everyone
meichakucha - wildly, in disarray
odotte - dance
sawagou - (let's) make noise

He repeats 'sawagou' for emphasis: 'make some noise. make some noise!'
