In response to Katalin: Can this be abbreviation or place holder for some yet market introduced product name? A good question but unfortunately I don't know the answer. Nonetheless I have a hunch the former may not be the case as in other sentences it clearly says "PC". This is an Excel file, and material is marketing research questionaire answer (questionaire part I was not involved).
Sentences may not make much sense because these are all by lay people (if it is proper word). They are rather illogical and fragmented.

I am not clear about these sentences. Is C the product's name? Or is it a placeholder in the text where they will insert the name of the product later (perhaps because it is undecided or confidential)? The sentences don't make much sense this way,
